• Our Responsibilities: We process End-User Data only under Client instructions and in compliance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

• Sharing: We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers, for legal compliance, or during business transfers.

• End-User Data: Retained as directed by Clients or as required for Services.
